Genesis Home Improvement

Windows

Genesis uses cutting edge windows. Our windows come with a lifetime warranty on glass breaks as well as a life time warranty on screen breaks. What this means is that if your glass breaks, we will fix it. Also, if you have any issues at all with your screen breaking, rusting, rotting or staining we will fix it. Our windows come double hung, and they are the go to window style that will look great on any home. These are also the easiest windows to operate and clean. If you want to open your double hung window, all you need to do is unlock and lift; that’s it. The sash glides upright so you can enjoy a fresh breeze. Cleaning is even easier — the sash pulls down and inside your home, so you can clean the glass without the need of going outside and getting a ladder. Cleaning these windows is quick and convenient. Along with being double hung they are also double pane. These double pane windows are energy efficient and will save you money. You can expect close to 30% – 50% energy savings, depending on whether you choose average energy efficient windows or top of the line models. These double pane windows can also reduce noise pollution that is created outside of the home. Finally, Genesis also uses Low E Glass because it is constantly improving solar and thermal performance. Low E is a special glass that has a low rate of emission. In other words, if there is a heat source either inside or outside of your home, the glass will bounce that heat off and away from the window. We can also help with design around your new windows, ensuring the optimal balance between style and function.
