Exterior Handyman Services
Genesis offers many exterior handyman services. Our winterization service checks homes for loose shingles, missing caulk, ensures hose bibs are turned off and a few other maintenance checklist items. We provide you with a report complete with photos, showing you the condition of the exterior of your home. In addition to maintenance checklist items, exterior handyman services include gutter cleaning, repair and replacement, small roof repairs, exterior light replacements, replacing deck or porch posts, replacing fascia or capping and more.
